Schools

Tico English worked with schools throughout three Chinese provinces: Guangxi, Hebei, and Hunan. We placed teachers in all levels of English study ranging from kindergartens through high schools and in language centers.

Teachers

Tico hired native English speaking teachers from Britain, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the United States of America. Every teacher was TEFL, TESOL, or Celta certified with appropriate international experience to ensure they were a good fit for each school. Our hiring process was stringent and teachers were placed in different situations depending on need and ability.

Monitoring and Feedback

We monitored the teachers on a weekly basis giving feedback to both the teachers and schools. We dealt with educational, communication, and cultural needs of all parties to ensure smooth operation between cultures.
