Tico English provided curriculum development to Chinese schools in their English programs. After meeting with schools and determining their unique needs, curriculum was developed and adapted to their situation and abilities.
Curriculum was developed within the schools’ specific time frame that the schools. If pressed on time, we brought in outside help to complete the curriculum before the school session started.
After the curriculum was developed and approved by the schools, we launched the programs in the schools, trained teachers in our curriculum and detailed expectations for students and teachers.
Throughout the school year, the performance of the teachers and students was monitored. We communicated with and received feedback from schools to facilitate adjustments to the plans and execution of our unique educational experience.
Upon closing projects, we solicited feedback from all parties: teachers, students, and parents. This allowed us to gather the information needed to continue development of educational products.
